I have worked in all areas of the hotel industry from Food & Beverage to Director of Sales, in a major city to a major resort destination to international hotels.
With over 15 years experience of selling an international and a domestic Destination Management Company. I can guide a client through every aspect of an international or a domestic program based on their goals and objectives and budgets. When I work with a client I become their partner from the first phone call until the final bill. I can work hard to provide them with the partnership they need to produce a winning program.
My goal is to truly understand the needs of my client and exceed their expectations by representing hotels and DMC's that provide service levels about and beyond their expectations. In selling an international destination it is important for US clients to have an easy transition from the initial stage to the billing stage of their programs and I have the knowledge to make this happen for them and create an amazing meeting along the way.
